It sounds like you really need to see one. <br /><br />The problem is the food choices are still bad. You are trying to eat the same foods and the same way as you used to prior to the surgery. You just have to adjust your diet. (I know easier said than done) <br /><br />Every little bit of support will help and maybe they can give you some ideas for some "sweet treats" that you can use that are band friendly to curb your sugar cravings. Here is what clean eating ...I love your face. lol <br /><br />Here is what clean eating looks like for me. <br /><br />Breakfast....1/2 cup steel-cut oatmeal with some blueberries and walnuts <br /><br />Lunch- tuna or chicken made with mayo and an egg on lettuce or with a couple of crackers <br /><br />Dinner- salmon, chicken, hamburger, with either yams, or side salad.
