I have always felt that if ...WOW 4 pounds is huge! I have always felt that if you do eat that you have to work it off. I know that totally saying no forever is why I did not choose bypass. I want to be able to eat a bite of candy, not the whole bar but a bite when I choose to.<br /><br />So I would say, if you are eating two bars that is NOT acceptable. You're right, the candy bars aren...Great loss!<br /><br />You're right, the candy bars aren't a great idea in the long run. Maybe try weaning yourself off them now, do one a day and then every other day, then maybe 2 times a week, and then one a week and so on. You don't want to feel deprived, but as you lose weight it'll get harder for things like that to not make a big difference in your weight overnight, sadly!<br /><br />Also, great job on the 8 minutes.
